The food was delicious. The server was slow, but very polite. It was difficult to get a drink refill and I had to stop her to ask for the check. She was very nice and I appreciate that very much.

One of my favorite restaurants in Raleigh. I live in one of the best dining cities in the Southeast, but I was lookimg forward to coming to Raleigh so that I could stop by here. Perfection.

Fantastic Experience at El Dorado Mexican Restaurant! Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at El Dorado Mexican Restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and authentically Mexican. The owner, Issac, made sure our evening was nothing short of spectacular with his personal touches and warm hospitality. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. We started with the house-made guacamole, which was probably the best I've ever had, followed by the enchiladas and carne asada tacos, each dish more delicious than the last. The service was attentive and efficient, making us feel taken care of throughout our meal. And the margaritas? Simply perfect! If you're looking for a genuine Mexican cuisine experience with a cozy and friendly atmosphere, El Dorado is the place to go. Hats off to Issac and his team for a memorable evening. I'll definitely be returning soon!

A hidden jewel eatery. I had a non-alcoholic Pina Colada with a splash of strawberry and it was amazing. Miguel my server was nice and food was served quickly. You get a lot of food for the price. I got the Taco Bowl with chicken. It was fresh and so delicious. The bowl is editable and just melts in your mouth. I would definitely go back and try more items. This place does get busy, but worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable.

The Dord (as we affectionately call it) has never let any of us down. I used to work at an office about 0.2 miles from it and there were weeks were we'd eat at the Dord 4 and 5 times. The chips and salsa are always delicious, and the homemade hot sauce is LOVELY. Get the chicken quesadilla with spinach! They've stuck around this long for a reason.

One of my favorite locations of the El Dorado chain. Highly recommend the nachos with chicken. Simple, inexpensive and tasty! Service has been excellent. I eat here often and have been 4 times in the past month. Salsa is good but I do wish it had more cilantro, and I wish the tables had shakers as I sometimes like a fall m dash of salt on the chips.
